The landmark "Operating Procedures for Shrimp Farming" report was written by a team of over 30 international shrimp industry experts from both the Eastern and Western Hemispheres, who pooled their perspectives for each comprehensive section (see below). The report was then carefully edited by three accomplished GAA editors: Drs. Claude E. Boyd, Darryl E. Jory, and George W. Chamberlain.
 
The Global Shrimp OP Survey revealed both emerging production trends and important changes in production practices. Over 1,500 responses from 50 countries were received in the largest effort of its kind to date.
